I had a very bad experience with them. They clean the duct and filters of the Ac. And after months i was trying to clean the filters of the Ac so when i open the ceiling tiles i found that they left the filters beside the Ac coiler they did’t put it back on the rail. They are kot professional and when i speak to the costumer services “Micheal” he was so rude he said that they are kot responsible about this and he refused to give me the manager’s number.

Primo company is an excellent company according to my experience. They did for me the AC deep cleaning and maintenance and I was impressed by their amazing performance .
